Most of the parts that need hole processing for medical devices are clavicular screws. The materials are usually stainless steel, titanium alloy and other corrosion-resistant materials. The processing hole diameter of clavicle screw φ 1.0～ φ 0, which belongs to micro deep hole processing. In addition, the machining performance of stainless steel and titanium alloy is poor, and it is difficult to drill. Therefore, the deep hole machining machine for such parts must have ultra-high oil pressure (above 10MPa), ultra-high speed (above 10000r / min), higher assembly accuracy and more precise guide sleeve.
